Working Together

I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation online. This gives us both the opportunity to talk through your needs, answer any questions, and ensure that we feel comfortable and confident working together.

After this, the cost per session is £50 per hour. Payment is due on the day of your session and is made by bank transfer.

I also keep a small number of reduced-fee spaces for people who are unemployed, on a low income, or experiencing financial difficulty. These are limited and subject to availability, so please mention this when you get in touch if cost is a barrier for you.

Who I Work With

I work with adults aged 18 and over who are seeking support for their mental health and wellbeing. My practice is inclusive and welcoming to people from all cultures, identities, and backgrounds.

My own multicultural background and experience of living in different countries have given me both personal and professional insight into the challenges of adapting to new environments, navigating identity, and managing change. This helps me to approach therapy with openness, empathy, and respect for each individual’s unique story.

If you’re living or working in London, you can also read more about how I support clients there on my online therapy for people in London page.

Steps to Starting Therapy

30 Minute Initial Consultation

In a free, 30-minute consultation, we’ll have a relaxed conversation about what’s brought you here, what you’re hoping for, and any immediate concerns.

We’ll outline how sessions work, discuss confidentiality and practicalities, and ask a few gentle questions to check we’re the right fit for your needs.

There’s no pressure to decide on the spot—if we’re not the best match, we’ll point you to helpful alternatives.

Agreeing to Therapy

If we’re a good fit for each other, I'll invite you to begin by reviewing and signing a short therapy agreement.

It outlines what you can expect from me, what I ask of you, and the practicals (fees, payment, how to contact us, emergencies).

It’s clear and jargon-free, and you’re welcome to ask any questions before you sign.

Starting Therapy

Once you’re ready, we’ll choose a regular time (usually weekly) and begin gently.

In the first session I’ll get to know what matters most to you, agree simple goals, and offer practical next steps you can try between sessions.

We’ll pace things so you feel safe and supported, check in on how it’s going, and review progress together after a few sessions—adjusting the plan to fit what you need.
